Hall family goings on, things we don't want to forget (and maybe a few we do), the kids grow up so fast! We want to cherish and savor it all.

November 2014 - Thanksgiving
Dad's first day at his new job sign: "How was your busy day?"
November 14, 2014, Veteran’s Day-Played soccer outside in the wind and cold with gloves and hats and watched pine cones fall from the trees as we played. Used blown down branches as our goal markers. Hot cocoa afterwards and a picnic by the fireplace.

Thanksgiving was filled with a bunch of sickness all around
but we made the most of it with the McReynolds foosball table and the knock off
Creationary game I brought.
ABC soup continues to be a contest…whoever can say it the
fastest. It just became a thing since the last time we had vegetable soup.
Keira put a slinky on her chin the other day and said she was Lorenzo Snow, ha!

October 2014 - Conference Crafts, Ella's Soccer Party, Halloween
October 5, 2014 – Conference weekend. Said goodbye to Clint
and Moko yesterday after another great visit. Had dinner with them at Tai Ho.
Keira said it was like a palace because they just kept bringing out dish after
dish. She ate dinner with chopsticks like a pro. The Jordan’s brought up an
Ella oldie that we’d totally forgotten about. When she was about two years old
she asked Travis after work “how was your busy day?” So cute because she
answers her own question in her question. The Jordan’s couldn’t believe we’d
forgotten it because they say it all the time. Girls enjoyed conference packets
and bingo cards and Keira made CTR pretzels with cinnamon sugar and cream
cheese frosting.
October 9, 2014 – A few nights ago Keira wanted me to tuck
her in tight like a burrito, so I did. Then I put her favorite bear next to her
to snuggle with (her large white bear she named flower). On my way out of her
room she referred to Flower as her side of sour cream. Tee hee.

August 2014 - Point No Point, Edmonds Beach, Family Fun Center and more
August 12, 2014 – Canoed at the WAC with Celeste, Mike,
Sean, Ryan and Sabrina and the next day went to Point-no-Point via the Kingston
Ferry. The kids dragged and floated drift wood to one spot and Trav and Mike
built a crude TP. Went to Franklin Falls last Monday with Kim and Cindi and
crews.
Took the kids to Edmonds beach for a sand sculpting contest
and made a dolphin. The kids helped make sand pies. Included a few other creative sand creations.
Lake Chelan - Keira picking blueberries and stopped at the 59er Diner for shakes, a favorite of the Kamikawa's.

August 30, 2014 – Ella was baptized and confirmed today.
What a great day. There for the confirmation were: Uncle Jason McReynolds, Tony
Rosensprung, Bill Ellis, Cameron Braithwaite, both grandpas, David Campbell,
Gary Kamikawa, and Travis. When I asked her how it felt she said it felt funny,
kinda funny going under the water. Then I asked her what she felt inside and
she said “hungry!”
